Dress Code

Suggested retail stores for dancewear may be purchased at:

The Dance Shop (Oak St. & Broadway), Limbers Dancewear (on-line or Surrey), Just Imagine (Kitsilano),

Jr. CBT Program – sleeveless black bodysuit, ballet pink convertible tights, ballet slippers and pointe shoes, black jazz pant straight or slight flare leg, jazz oxford or slip on leather shoe or jazz shoe. Please double check with the school for proper uniform for your dance and class level.

Children Division 1, 2, 3 - Ballet: Female: Solid pink bodysuit with ballet pink tights, pink chiffon elastic waist skirt (optional), full sole ballet slippers for ages 3-12 years old and 9 – 12 years black bodysuit and matching chiffon skirt. Male: White Dance Shirt/leotard with black dance leggings or shorts, white socks and black ballet slippers.

Adults - Ballet: Female: Solid colour bodysuit, leggings/tights, ballet slippers for all ballet classes. Male: Solid colour dance shirt/leotard with solid colour dance leggings/shorts and black or white ballet slippers. Contemoporary: similar to ballet dancewear but bare feet and socks will only be required.

All bodywear must be stretch and close fitted to body. Jewelery kept to a minimum with nothing dangling or too large.

All hair must be pulled off the face and neck and secured neatly in a bun or tightly tied back if long.

No jewelery for teens and children programs except small stud earrings is acceptable.
